White + Wong’s, Viaduct

Textarea
White + Wong’s has been a Viaduct favourite since 2016, known for its bold, playful approach to Asian-fusion dining in a lively waterfront setting. Drawing inspiration from Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Malaysian, Korean, Indonesian and Indian cuisines, the menu is crafted by head chef Thu Ya alongside executive chef Anton Leyland, delivering crowd-pleasing dishes designed for sharing. Start with the Bang Bang chicken salad with peanuts, sesame and chilli dressing, before exploring the excellent selection of dumplings and bao buns. The atmosphere is energetic and fun, perfectly matched by the creative Woktails that make the drinks list a destination in itself. Finish with the indulgent miso chocolate ganache with mango and passionfruit sorbet for a vibrant, satisfying end to the meal.
