The Wine Room by David Nash is a restaurant, wine bar, wine shop and subterranean cellar on College Hill, open seven days. Executive Chef Alfie Ingham's menu runs from bar snacks to a full à la carte, built around one of the country's deepest and most awarded lists: over 400 wines, with more than 40 open by the glass at any time. Runner-up for Sommelier and Wine Experience of the Year, Cuisine Good Food Awards 2026. Below ground, 400 personal cellars and a private dining room.
