Closed at time of going to press due to flooding, this little 38 seater restaurant is loved for its creative rearrangement of the Middle Eastern store cupboard. The menu is truly inspiring with such dishes as braised beef cheek with dates, tahini and a touch of chilli, or a dish of whole courgettes slathered with pomegranate molasses that have been steamed with orange and left to cool before grilled to order. Don’t miss the circassian chicken.
