Lillies

A triumvirate of a cidermaker, a winemaker and a chef, Lilies sits in a modern warehouse in an urban, industrial neighbourhood of Christchurch. There is a small menu to match the drinks with three far-from-expected pizzas (buttered cabbage, speck and gouda anyone?) straight from the oven and also a selection of “not pizza” – other delicious dishes (smoked fish, pickled cauliflower, curry mayo) served up with flair.
