The Teamani banquet features 10 classic Syrian dishes alongside your choice of a large shared main and a selection of traditional and organic wines and unique Middle Eastern drinks. Mezze are exceptional as larger plates: cabbage rolls stuffed with rice and herbs, almonds, leeks and red peppers is one of our favourites. Chef Hasan mans the kitchen while his wife Flora offers the warm spirit of both South American and Syrian hospitality.
