A modern French menu incorporates the best of Central Otago ingredients. There are classics like French onion soup and deliciously moist duck, and the dessert choices are given modern twists. Wine is taken seriously here with an excellent selection. Daytime sees the bistro used as the Maude Wines tasting room.
