This casual neighbourhood bistro and wine bar in a lovely old corner store produces an outstanding all-day menu. Sticky toffee pancakes with dates and crème fraîche, or a crumpet with Guinness and cheddar rarebit, pickled onions and Worcestershire anyone? At night there is a lovely calm menu and locals flock here for chef Alfie Ingham’s thoughtful tasty fare
