If ever there was an oldie but a goodie, it’s this (age 31). Fish, naturally, is predominant, given the wharfside setting. It takes its catch so seriously, it’s even got its own fishmonger. Chef Geoff Ngan’s menu balances flavour, texture and indulgence without pretence.
