A casual eating spot that’s got a real izakaya feel. Low tables, stools to perch on and a long open kitchen so all diners can watch the chefs in action on the Binchotan Charcoal grill. The menu ranges from excellent sashimi and sushi to crisp fried shumai, tempura and a do-not- miss irori yaki unagi, excellent glazed eel grilled over the smoky flames. A great selection of mains – although be warned, everything can arrive at once in true izakaya style.
