Restaurant Sasa

The Japanese-with-a touch-of-Asia menu includes many styles and dishes that will have instant appeal. This is the home restaurant of the chefs who deliver the fine Japanese fare at Cloudy Bay and locals love it. Sushi and sashimi are among the choices for starters of course, but we love Surf ’n Turf – garlic butter Scotch fillet with salmon and prawns – and the unagi bimibap stone bowl with its teriyaki eel, onsen egg, vegetables on rice. So much fun!
