Otto (formerly Cotto), which assumed elder statesman status on K Road, returns and hasn’t missed a beat with a change of ownership. The restaurant is famous, they say, for the affordable, decadent, homemade pasta. We say try the spinach, goat’s cheese and sage dumplings as an exercise in excellence. Sure to please.
