Owner Jessabel Granada has been at the forefront of Filipino cuisine’s rising popularity in Auckland. From a four-square-metre food stall to a Royal Oak eatery and now her popular Takapuna restaurant, she has spent more than a decade sharing the warmth, simplicity and creativity of Filipino food.
