Set on the shores of Lake Hayes, Amisfield is a celebrated destination for fine dining and wine. Following a kitchen revamp, the restaurant offers à la carte lunches and dégustation dinners, showcasing seasonal local produce paired with Amisfield wines. The bistro and tasting room offer a more relaxed experience, while the stunning setting makes summer courtyard dining a must.

NOTE: The restaurant changed chefs during our assessment period, so could not be considered for a hat award in 2026. However, as it has been highly regarded in the past it has retained a place in our guide as a Destination. We look forward to reassessing in 2027.
