Beef croquettes with slaw, lamb backstraps, za’atar, pepper and almond purée, hibiscus and orange blossom sauce, and spicy Masoor dahl – red lentil, cauliflower, cashew and raita served with poppadum. There is also a truly sumptuous banqueting board.
