There are few chefs putting this country’s finest ingredients on the table in such an inspirational way. Ben’s He Korero Kai o Aotearoa menu is a masterpiece, a complete commitment to taking diners on a genuine journey of discovery, an exploration of the whanaungatanga (essence) of Kiwi cuisine. Dishes such as artichoke coated in an old Edam custard, red deer and black pudding and ika (fish) with celeriac, mushrooms and scampi are paired with stunning local wines to create an unmatched cohesion – a delightful memory that brings diners back time and again.
