Head to this restaurant in a boutique hotel for a fix of deliciously crafted food that nods to the upbringing of chef Kia Kanuta (recently named Outstanding Auckland Chef of the Year). Expect flavours of hāngi, crisp rēwana bread, pork belly and other traditional Māori kai reinvented for the modern diner. It does a great brunch and long Sunday lunches with a set menu.
