If ever there was an oldie but a goodie, it’s this (operating since 1992). Fish, naturally, is predominant, given the wharfside setting. Here they take the catch so seriously, they even have a dedicated fishmonger. Chef Geoff Ngan’s menu balances flavour, texture and indulgence, without pretence. A fun place to visit.
