This intimate venue accommodates only six guests, making for an exclusive dining experience. Hidden away down an alley, the venue features six high stools arranged around a bar, where chef Giulio performs his culinary magic. As he skillfully cuts, dices, stirs and slices, he shares insights into his cooking philosophy, revealing an undeniable passion for the craft. The unique, ever-evolving menu is guided by the concept of ‘trust the chef’, with no formal food menu in sight. Instead, prepare to be delighted by extraordinary dishes: crayfish with intriguing banana noodles, chives and roasted onion consommé; tuna jamon with pickled ginger flower and wild cherries; and celeriac adorned with white truffle miso and pine nut cream.
