Description

Textarea
Chef Sid Chopra is not just creating a meal, he's creating an experience steeped in rich flavours and stories, crafted with over two decades of passion and expertise. As you step into this warm and inviting space, you’ll be greeted by Sid and his talented team, ready to showcase an extensive menu filled with mouthwatering specialties from various regions of India. With dishes crafted ‘From India, with love’, think slow-braised lamb ribs in aromatic spiced milk, smoked yoghurt, Kashmiri chilli, red pepper coulis and pickled onion, or spiced Wagyu beef with Black Doris plum, mint chutney, fresh onion and chilli butter. Or perhaps beetroot koftas filled with paneer, golden raisins, tomatoes, saffron, cashew gravy and candied almonds, and fried fish fillets coated in a spiced gram flour batter with ajwain, fenugreek and green chutney. Chef Sid has assembled a great team of experienced chefs to showcase his extensive menu, so the best bet is to choose the ‘Leave It to the Goat’ menu, a journey through four Indian regions of spicy interesting treats. And yes, there is goat on the menu.
