All dishes are made fresh in-house using top-quality ingredients and seasonal produce. The mezze are as exceptional as larger plates (think cabbage rolls stuffed with rice and herbs, almonds, leeks and red peppers - one of our firm favourites). Chef Hasan learned traditional Syrian recipes and cooking techniques from his mother and sister, allowing him to share the authentic tastes of his homeland with his new community in Wellington. Alongside him is Flora, who brings her own culinary heritage from a family of talented cooks in Buenos Aires, inspired by Sunday dinners filled with laughter and delicious food.
